Return and Refund Policies

RETURNS
30-Day Return Policy (extended around the Christmas holiday)
 
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may return any unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  Returned merchandise must be in the condition received, including all parts, bags, pieces etc - unopened and in tact (restockable and resaleable condition). All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.  Claims for damages or missing items must be made within 3 days of delivery (please keep all original packaging for damage claims).

All returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of your packing slip.  Please be sure your return address and order number are printed clearly on the return package.  Insure your return package for the value of the contents, protectively package the items as received in a box large enough to accommodate the items.  Returns may be sent to: The Music Depot, Returns Dpt, PO Box 744, Bethlehem PA 18016.

We always appreciate an email about a return.  It assists us in helping to resolve any product issues, and assisting you with a smoother return process.  Email: customerservice@themusicdepot.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser/customer.  Any returns not meeting the above criteria may be refused or subject to a 25% restock fee.  Refunds/Returns of Quantity Orders (12 or more of one item style) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Food/Baking items are non-returnable. 

Items returned that were shipped under a Free Shipping offer, will be refunded less our original shipping costs. Damaged returns due to a lack of proper packaging will not be refunded.   If items are sent back after the 30 day time frame, a refund will not be issued.



REFUNDS

Refunds on returned products are issued for the purchase price of your item (s).


 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

All orders are packed carefully, securely and insured when they are shipped to our customers. Unfortunately, shipment damage occasionally occurs. If an item is defective or damaged in transit, please e-mail us within 3 days of receipt at: customerservice@themusicdepot.com. You will receive a prompt reply regarding a replacement. When items are damaged in shipment, only a replacement of the same item(s) is allowed subject to availability. If the damaged item(s) are no longer available, a refund will be issued. Defective items can be returned for exchange or refund.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Sales and specials are limited to stock on hand.
